Refund & Exchange
OUT OF STOCKS
Stocks availabilities are reflected on real time in the website, in the event that items are sold out, they will be put out of view. In the event that items ordered are out-of-stocks due to unique circumstances (e.g. under reservation by Singapore bank transfer customers), 100% immediate refund will be issued.
BANK TRANSFER STOCKS RESERVATION (SINGAPORE)
For Singapore customers who wish to pay vial bank transfer, items ordered will only be reserved for 24hrs and thereafter, if no payment is made, items will be automatically released for other customers. We’re sorry that due to high traffic, no notification will be sent and if you’re still interested to re-purchase, please check the website for stocks availability first.
DAMAGED & LOST ITEMS
All items will be checked individually before shipping out. We guaranteed that all items are brand new, well wrapped and sealed for shipment.
International Order
Rest assured that the assigned shipment company (www.speedpost.com.sg) is 100% reliable in handling your items. You will receive a tracking number for easy online tracing of the delivery status. In the event of lost items (with verification from SpeedPost), 100% refund will be issued.
Singapore Order
We are not liable for any lost items sent via Normal Postage, rest assured that so far we have not encountered such issues unless you have provided the wrong address. Alternately, you may upgrade to Registered Mail at S$2.40.
INCORRECT/DAMAGED ITEMS SENT
- For incorrect/damaged items sent, please notified us within 7 days after receipt of items. We will be liable for the return/re-sent postage costs of the products and the products must be returned unused – gadgets must be in unopened/unused conditions, apparel must be in unwashed/label tags attached/with original packaging conditions. Upon checking, if we determine an item to be worn/used/damaged due to customers’ mishandling, we may respectfully deny the exchange.
EXCHANGE OF ITEMS (SIZE & COLOUR ONLY)
Exchange is allowed for size & colour only. As we make conscientious efforts to ensure 100% accuracy of sizes by measuring and listing all apparels’ measurement details individually instead of generalizing into generic size chart, please check the measurements details before order. A 1 time exchange is allowed for size/colour only, as long as there is available stock and you have notified us within 7 days after receipt of items. Items must be returned unused – gadgets must be in unopened/unused conditions, apparel must be in unwashed/label tags attached/with original packaging conditions. Return/re-sent postage charges incurred will be bear by the customer. No exchange on design / product type, are allowed.
